With reference to the earlier announcement dated 06th March 2020, regarding the declaration of Interim dividend, we would like to inform that the Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.65 per share has been paid through online payment viz. NECS, NEFT, RTGS and direct remittance to those shareholders whose name appeared in the Register of Members on 19th March, 2020 (the record date) on 26th March 2020 and who had opted for the same. However, due to the lock down imposed throughout the Country pursuant to the outbreak of Coronavirus until 14th April, 2020, the Company has been unable to despatch the interim dividend to those shareholders who had opted to receive the dividend through Bank Cheques and Demand Drafts as the Post Offices and Transportation services are not available.
