Pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors have - 1. Recommended the appointment of Mr. Suman Kumar Das, Mr. K Srinivasan and Mr. Srinivasan Ravindran as Independent Directors of the company for a period of five years with effect from the conclusion of 64th AGM of the Company on July 31, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders. 2.
