 This is with reference to our earlier letter dated 17 January, 2019 intimating the exchanges the date of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on Thursday; the 7th February, 2019 to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31 December, 2018. As per the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Company's Shares will remain closed with effect from 18 January, 2019 to 9 February, 2019 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.

Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

 The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e, 23 November, 2018 has declared an interim dividend of Re.90/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (900%) for the year ended 31 March, 2019 resulting in an outflow of Rs.1,67,01,39,048/- (including dividend tax thereon).
