 Esab India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2022, inter alia,has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 20/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (200%) for the year ended March 31, 2022 resulting in an outflow of Rs. 30,78,60,400/- (including tax deducted at source thereon).The dividend if approved by shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM.

 Audited Results This is to inform you that in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Audited Results for the year ended 31st March 2022 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 27th May 2022.
