In continuation to our earlier disclosure dated April 01, 2023 regarding Interim Order cum show cause notice dated March 31, 2023 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and our disclosure dated May 10, 2023 on the Stay Order dated May 09, 2023 granted by the Honourable Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai (SAT) on the aforesaid Interim Order cum show cause notice, we would like to bring to your kind attention that on the hearing dated August 17, 2023 the Honourable SAT directed the Company to file a reply to the show cause notice of SEBI within 3 (Three) weeks from August 17, 2023. SEBI will thereafter fix a date and the matter would be heard after giving an opportunity of hearing. Till the disposal of the matter the Interim Order passed by SAT on May 09, 2023 will continue to operate. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
