This is to inform you that a Single Bench of the Hon''b1e High Court at Calcutta vide its order dated 18thSeptember, 2020 in a probate proceeding to which the Company is not a party has, inter-alia, restrained Shri Harsh V. Lodha, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company from holding any office in our Company. The Company was not a party in the relevant application and hence the Company has been advised to file the Appeal against the said Order. Accordingly, the Company has preferred an appeal being APO No. 89 of 2020 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of Calcutta High Court.22-09-2020
