 We would like to inform you that the company has been from to time to time intimating to the exchanges all the events , information etc that have bearing on the operation or performance of the company which include all price sensitive information as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations ,2015. Further we would also like to inform that in recent past no such event has taken place in the company which has not been intimated to the Exchanges. Also Company is carrying its business activities in proper manner and there are no such negative events that had taken place. Hence, we are not aware of the reason for the significant movement of the price /volume behavior in the scrip.
