With reference to our earlier announcement dated October 27, 2021 regarding setting up of Inland Container Depot (ICD) and Private Freight Terminals, we wish to inform you the following developments: The Inter-Ministerial Committee Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue have accorded approval to the Company's request for addition of Land Area of 23.04 hectares in the Letter of Intent (LOI) issued for setting up of an ICD at Village Manaba, District Morbi, Gujarat. The land area mentioned in the LOI may now be read as 52.98 hectares instead of 29.94 hectares.30-07-2022

This is to inform that Northern Railways vide letter No. 37-RD/TFR/CA/ARIL-NCL/2022 dated 07.06.2022 have given approval for transfer of Category I - CTO License from Arshiya Rail Infrastructure Limited to Navkar Corporation Limited ('the Company), which is valid till May 08, 2028. Accordingly, a fresh concession agreement has been executed between Railway Administration (CCM/R&M) and the Company.
