Further, Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company had intimated its 'Designated Persons' regarding the closure of trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company from 1st January 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
