Cyber Media India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has sold/transferred its entire stake (i.e. 90,000 equity shares) of Cyber Media Services Limited, an Indian 100% Subsidiary to Kurrent Media LLC at USA, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.The funds received from the sale of the said entire stake of 100% Indian subsidiary shall be utilised to meet out the working expenditures of the Company.
