Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that Company's wholly owned subsidiary, CyberMedia India LLC and step down wholly owned subsidiary, TDA Group Inc., both incorporated under the laws of USA have been dissolved. These have been loss making entities. It may also be noted that the dissolution of the aforesaid subsidiaries will not affect any business/ accounting policies. Consequent upon the said dissolution, CyberMedia India LLC and TDA Group Inc. ceased to be the subsidiaries of the Company.13-11-2019
