 We wish to inform that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons shall remain closed from October 01, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 to the stock exchanges.
