Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received Order/Show Cause cum Demand Notice from the Office of the Commissioner, Employees' Provident Fund, for an amount of Rs. 27,30,366 (Rupees Twenty Seven Lakh Thirty Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Six only) demanding damages for non-remittance of provident fund dues plus interest and penalty, under Order 14B and 7Q of the provisions of the Employees' Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Act, 1952 ("EPF Act"). In our opinion the said amount is not payable and as such we will be contesting the said demand before appropriate authorities under the EPF Act.28-05-2021
