 Further to the disclosure made earlier under Regulation 30 in this regard, please be informed that renovation work of 66 rooms at Trident Udaipur which commenced in May, 2018 was completed in October, 2018. Renovation of further 52 rooms commenced on 1st April 2019 and is expected to be completed by 31st August 2019.The balance 23 rooms is expected to commence on 1st September 2019 and will be completed by 5th January 2020. Above has also been intimated to the stock exchanges as Notes to the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019 under Listing Regulation 33, filed on 30th July 2019.
