As the Board Meeting stands cancelled, the record date i.e. 23rd March 2020 proposed by the Company for interim dividend, also stands cancelled. Furthermore, the trading window restriction as mentioned in the above referred letter dated 9th March 2020 stands withdrawn with immediate effect.
