The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a Dividend of Rs 2.50/- per share (25%) on 2,06,18,169 (Two Crores Six Lakhs Eighteen Thousand One Hundred Sixty Nine) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2020-21, for approval by the Members of the Company at ensuing Annual General Meeting. The total dividend for the year (subject to approval by the Shareholders of the Company at ensuing Annual General Meeting) would be Rs. 5,15,45,423/- (Rupees Five Crores Fifteen Lakhs Fourty Five Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Three only) The Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date it is approved by the Members at ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. We wish to inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, has considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. V. R. Garware as Managing Director, for further period of five years, effective from 1st December 2021, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Mr. V. R. Garware is not debarred from being re-appointed as Managing Director of the Company by virtue of any of order of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Securities Exchange Board of India or any such statutory authority.
