Board recommends Final Dividend (AGM on Jun 12, 2018)
Shankara Building Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2018, inter alia, has approved a final dividend of INR 3.25 per equity share of the Company (having a face value of INR 10 each), being 32.50% of the face value of such equity shares, for the financial year 2017 - 2018, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting of the Company.10-05-2018
