In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform that the Company has launched an issue of US$ 550,000,000 5.125 per cent. Notes due 2029 (the 'Notes') priced on 29 January 2019. The Notes carry an interest rate of 5.125% per annum, payable semi-annually and are of tenor of 10 years. Unless previously redeemed pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Notes, the Notes will mature on 4 February 2029 and all principal and interest payments will be made in U.S. Dollars with respect to the Notes.
