We wish to inform that Indiabulls Commodities Limited (a subsidiary of the Company) has today, upon entering into definitive transaction document(s), sold its stake in its wholly owned non-operating subsidiary, namely 'Positive Housings Private Limited' (owning a land parcel of approx. 8 Grounds or 19,200 Sq. feet at Mylapore, Chennai), to a third party investor, for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 5.90 Crores.
