B of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with Stock Exchanges, corporate announcement/intimation is hereby given that The company has temporarily suspended production at all its production units, namely Narol Unit, Vijay Farm Unit, and Sari Unit. This decision was primarily made due to the extremely poor demand conditions in both the domestic and international markets, as well as the financial constraints faced by the company.
