Aarvee Denims & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will adopt its annual audited results for the financial year 2011-12 with in 60 days from the end of financial year i.e. on or before May 30, 2012. Hence the company will not adopt quarter 4 unaudited results.19-04-2012
Redemption of 0% Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs)
Aarvee Denims & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has redeemed 0% Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) having face value of US$ 4 million with YTM/ redemption premium @ 48.02%, in accordance with the terms of issue. The Company is in receipt of letter dated April 18, 2012 from Bank of New York Mellon Singapore (The trustee) to the issue of such FCCBs confirming that the Bonds are fully redeemed and there is nil outstanding on this account....18-04-2012
