 As per the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, outcome of Board Meeting is as under: 1. The Board has approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2019 as recommended by Audit Committee. 2. Board noted and has also approved certain amendments in various policies of the Company to be effective from 01st April 2019 as per the Amended SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Further, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, 2015, we enclosed herewith copy of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2019 along with Independent Auditors Review Report.
