Aplab Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 20, 2012, has considered and approved the merger of Intel Instruments and Systems Limited ("IISL") a wholly owned subsidiary of Aplab Limited ("Aplab") into Aplab. Since IISL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aplab, no shares would be issued pursuant to the Scheme.The Scheme is subject to sanction of High Court of Judicature at Bombay.
