 We refer to our intimation dated 26/11/2019 regarding the dispatch of Notice of Postal Ballot dated 19/11/2019 to the members seeking their approval through Special Resolutions vide postal ballot / e-voting for the alteration of the objects clause of the memorandum of association of the company as detailed in the said Notice. The voting period in respect of the above was closed on 27/12/2019 and based on the Scrutinizer''s report submitted, the voting results was declared today by Shri Narender Surana, Chairman. Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the aforesaid resolution has been approved by the members with requisite majority, and shall be deemed to have been passed on 28/12/2019, being the date of announcement of results of Postal Ballot by the Chairman of the Company.
