 Surana Solar Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/01/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 13th January, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with the Company''s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons", the trading window shall remain closed and will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021.

 Further to our intimation dated 29th September, 2021 and 19th October, 2021 regarding the proposal for equity investment in equity shares of M/s. Surana Infotech Private Limited, a Group Company, we would like to inform you as per Regulation 30(7) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 that the Company has acquired 5% of equity shares consisting of 50,000 equity shares at fair value of Rs.10/- each aggregating to an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- by way of purchase of equity shares from Mrs. Nikita Surana and the said transaction was completed on 20th October, 2021. 'Surana Infotech Private Limited' (SIPL) has acquired an IT property from HCL Infosystems Private Limited consisting of 15.81 Acres of land with built up area of 93,157 sq.ft. located at Hardware Park, Maheswaram Mandal, Hyderabad. SIPL is engaged in the business of providing IT/ ITES services, which will add value to the shareholders of the Company. We request you to kindly take the same on your record.

 With reference to cited subject and reference, we would like to inform you as per Regulation 30(7)of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., 19th October, 2021, after due deliberations, have decided for equity investment of 5% (five percent only) of the total paid up equity share capital of Surana Infotech Private Limited, which is engaged in IT/ITES activities.
