Withdrawal of Scheme (approved by the Board on 24.05.2018) of Amalgamation between Jindal Premium Connections Private Limited and Maharashtra Seamless Finance Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company with Maharashtra Seamless Limited and; Approved the fresh Scheme of Amalgamation between Jindal Premium Connections Private Limited and Maharashtra Seamless Finance Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company with the Company i.e. Maharashtra Seamless Limited. The approval has been granted subject to the approval of the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal at Mumbai, the approval of the shareholders and such other approvals as may be required.
