Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, 2015, please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated 17th October, 2022. The Postal Ballot Notice, along with other relevant documents, have been sent electronically to the Shareholders whose names appear in the register of members/ beneficial owners received from the National Securities Depository Limited ('NSDL') and Central Depository Services (India) Limited as on 14th October, 2022 ("Cut-off date'), seeking their approval as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice. The Company has engaged the services of NSDL for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to all its members. The voting will commence from Saturday, 22nd October, 2022 from 09.00 a.m. (IST) and ends at 05.00 p.m. (IST) on Sunday, 20th November, 2022.
