This is to inform that as per the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by its designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons, inter alia, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July, 2023 till 48 hours after the Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2023 becomes generally available information.
