Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as the Joint Statutory Auditors of-the Company effective from December 04, 2015 in place of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, who have resigned as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.The aforesaid appointment has been approved by the Board through Circulation.
