 We have to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 14th February, 2020 at the Corporate Office of the Company at Peninsula Business Park, Tower-B, 3rd Floor, G K Marg, Off. Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai-400 013 to consider amongst other things, the un-audited provisional financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2019.
