In this regard, we have to now inform you that pursuant to the Revised Consolidated Guidelines dated 15th April 2020 released by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), select additional activities have been allowed in areas not demarcated as containment zones by States/ UTs/ District Administrations. Accordingly, the Union Territory Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu has issued Orders granting permission to select Industries as identified in the Annexure to the Orders, including our Company, to commence operations, subject to certain conditions as specified therein. Similarly, the Gujarat government too has issued Orders granting similar permissions subject to certain conditions.
