We have to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Company that was originally scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 30th June, 2020 at Mumbai to consider, amongst other things, the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 has since been adjourned in order to avail the relaxation accorded by SEBI vide their Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated June 24, 2020, whereby extension of time till 31" July, 2020 has been granted to all listed companies / entities.
