 ARSS INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The company has already intimated the exchanges that the Company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Mr. Uday Narayan Mitra was appointed as Resolution Professional (RP). Accordingly the power of the Board are vested in the RP and he is performing the functions as mentioned under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (the IBC Code).  In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 22nd April, 2023 about meeting of Stakeholder Consultation Committee (SCC), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16 of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we would like to inform you that the 1st (First) meeting of the SCC of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 04.30 p.m. onwards through Physical as well as through video conferencing. At the aforesaid meeting, the Liquidator, Ms. Payal Agarwal takeover the charge of the Corporate Debtor and update the financial creditors about the current status of the company as going concern.
