ARSS Infrastructure Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 07, 2011, have approved the resignation of Independent Director Sri. S. R. Chaudhuri and also the resignation of whole-time Director Sri. S. S. Chakraborty. Both the Directors have resigned owing to their personal reasons.
