 it may kindly be noted that the Board Meeting for considering Audited Financial Results & Accounts of the company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2020 could not be convened yet and is not possible to convene within extended timeline (i.e. July 31, 2020) due to lockdown in the city vide an order of Government of Odisha No. 4263/R&DM;, dated 16th July, 2020 to outbreak the spreading of COVID-19. As required we shall keep you informed as soon as the board meeting scheduled. We would like to state that we have always been meticulous in timely reporting of information required to be intimated to the Exchange.
