pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) we would like to inform you that the 6th (Sixth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Monday, 23rd May, 2022 at 11.30 a.m. onwards in Kolkata. At the aforesaid meeting, the RP of the Company apprised the Committee of Creditors, inter alia, about the current status of CIRP, composition of committee of creditors based on the claims received, update the progress of projects and finance of the company during the month of March and April. He further informed that the 8 number of EOI were received and appointment of Link Star Infosys for Data room where the prospective resolution applicant can obtain all relevant information pertaining to the corporate debtor. RP further updated to COC about extension of CIRP period by 90 days. The Hon'ble Adjudicating Authority rejected the claim of SREI .23-05-2022
