 With reference to the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2019-20 filed with the Stock Exchanges on 23rd June 2020, we wish to inform you of an inadvertent clerical error on page no. 20 of the Annual Report: In Annexure-III to the Directors Report regarding Details pertaining to remuneration as required under Section 197(12) of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rules 5(1) of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, against serial no. 6, in the third and fifth column 2.40 and 0.35 are to be read as 2.60 and 0.38 respectively.
