We are pleased to inform you that the Company's US subsidiary, Viz. Entertainment Network, LLC has entered into a Time Brokerage arrangement with a US based broadcaster to broadcast radio programmes and content that target the South Asian community in New York and New Jersey.  The Company has been informed that pursuant to Order of the Hyderabad Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT Order), the operations of Karvy Computershare Private Limited, the Share Transfer Agents of the Company (KCPL) have been transferred to Karvy Fintech Private Limited (Karvy Fintech) with effect from 17th November, 2018. ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK (INDIA) LTD. - 532700 - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of Listing Regulations

 The Committee of the Directors (Bidding and Merger & Acquisition Committee) of the Company ('ENIL' / 'the Company') at its meeting held on December 21, 2018, approved the Company's foray into the United States (US) Radio market. The proposed foray will involve the following: a)Incorporation of one or more wholly owned subsidiaries in the US to enter in to Time Brokerage arrangements involving AM frequencies and FM translators in key US markets to broadcast radio programmes and content that target primarily the South Asian community in the US. b)Brand and Content licensing arrangement with one or more radio operators to broadcast Mirchi's radio programmes that target primarily the South Asian Community.The Brand and Content licensing arrangement will be entered into directly by ENIL and does not currently involve any financial commitments by the Company and will not have any immediate material impact on the Company's financials. Asondate,no binding agreements have been entered into.
