 Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the Regulation 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Listing Regulations'), Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and all other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (as amended) and various circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs advising for postal ballot voting process through remote e-voting, the Company had provided to its members the facility to cast their votes by way of postal ballot voting process (only remote e-voting) on the special resolution as stated in the Postal Ballot Notice dated November 4, 2020.
