Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors has noted that: Lensco- The Lens Company, USA (Lensco) is a wholly owned subsidiary of GKB Ophthalmics Products, FZE, Sharjah, holding One Hundred (100) shares of the Capital Stock of Lensco. GKB Ophthalmics Products, FZE, Sharjah is a wholly owned subsidiary of GKB Ophthalmics Limited. Therefore, Lensco is a step down subsidiary Company of GKB Ophthalmics Limited. The Promoters of the Company, namely Mr. K.G. Gupta, Mr. Vikram Gupta, Mr. Gaurav Gupta and Ms. Veena Gupta in their individual capacity have decided to invest a sum of USD 680,000, in Lensco in order to meet Lensco's fund requirement. The Board of Directors'' Meeting started at 11:00 A.M. and ended at 12:55 P.M., on the same day.
