 The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on March 24, 2021. In this regard, Mr. K.M Gupta & Family, at the request of the company, has agreed to be re-classified as the Promoters, and therefore, The Board after deliberations has decided to initiate the process of including K.M Gupta & Family back into the Promoter Group in the Shareholding Pattern from the quarter ended March 31, 2021, onwards. As regards BSE's advice to add the brothers of Shri K.G. Gupta, namely, Shri Rajendra Kumar Gupta, Shri Brijendra Kumar Gupta and Late Shri Narendra Kumar Gupta in the promoter category, the Board noted that at the time of getting listed on BSE Ltd., the shareholdings of Shri Brijendra Kumar Gupta and Shri Rajendra Kumar Gupta, were already categorized as the Public Shareholders. Therefore the question of including them into Promoter Group does not arise.The Board of Directors' meeting commenced at 11:10 A.M. and concluded at 12:20 P.M. on the same day.
