Nitta Gelatin India Ltd has informed BSE that, pursuant to the newly introduced changes in the Company Law and the corresponding changes in the SEBI Regulations, the Company has inducted at the Board meeting dated November 13, 2014 Mr. Naotoshi Umeno from Japan, as an Additional Director, categorized as an Independent Director.
