 Notice is hereby given to all Designated/ Connected persons that the Trading Window, vis-a-vis trading in shares of the Company, shall remain closed from 01st July 2022, since the Company proposes to hold its Board Meeting in the first week of August, 2022, thereafter publish the approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2022. The Window shall open 48 hours after the Board Meeting when held, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. The Designated/ Connected persons shall not therefore deal with the securities of the Company during the period when the window is closed.
