 The Company has assigned BDO India LLP to initiate a forensic investigation, the scope of the same inter alia is to examine the end to end process for sourcing of Crushed bone which is a raw material of the Company. Though the reporting requirement doesn't strictly arise since the forensic investigation in the instant case inter alia covers supply chain process including procurement, the matter is disclosed as part of good corporate governance practices. The investigation has been initiated in view of an alleged wrong doing by an employee in the stores section of our Company in connivance with vendor/vendors pertaining to weighment of Crushed bone- raw material. However, this will not involve any revision in the approved financial statements of the Company.
