Upon recommendation by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC), the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting dated 08.05.2023 had among other things, appointed Mrs. Shirley Thomas (DIN: 08586100) as a Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 08.05.2023. The Board also re- appointed Dr. Shinya Takashi (DIN: 07809828) as a Wholetime Director, designated as Director (Technical) for a period of one year with effect from 08.05.2023. Both these appointments will be subject to the approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further, as spelt out in Circular no.
