PERSISTENT SYSTEMS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/01/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulations 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable provisions, if any, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 19, 2024, and will continue on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Pune, to consider inter alia, the following businesses: 1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. 2. The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. 3. The payment of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2023-24. If the said Interim Dividend is approved by the Board of Directors, the Record Date for the payment of the same will be communicated to the Stock Exchanges separately.
