Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2022, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend @ 20% (Rs. 0.40 per share) on the paid up share capital of the Company for FY 2021-22 Final Dividend, if declared by the Company in the Annual General Meeting shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.21-05-2022

Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of BHEL for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2022 have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 21st May, 2022.
