 In view of the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and in compliance with the directives / orders issued by Central/State Government Authorities and keeping in view the safety, well-being of all the employees and stakeholders, the Company has temporarily suspended the manufacturing operations of the following businesses of the Company with immediate effect- 1. Gear Business of the Company located at Mysore (Karnataka) 2. Water Business of the Company located at Noida and other locations/sites, except O&M; functions which are defined as essential services. The situation will be reviewed and appropriate decisions will be taken in accordance with Central/State Government notifications/advisories from time to time.
