Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Un-audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) along with Limited Review Report issued by the Auditor of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, as approved by the Board of Directors at the meeting held today i.e. September 3, 2020. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced on September 3, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. and concluded at 07:25 p.m.

This is to inform that the 55th Annual General Meeting (''AGM'') of the Company will be held on Friday, 25th September, 2020 at 11:00 hours through Video Conferencing ("VC") /Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM") to transact the business as set out in the AGM Notice dated 18th July, 2020, in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
