Further, in terms of the Company''s ''Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it was intimated / informed to the Stock Exchanges vide letter No. MSTC/CS/SE/368 dated 27th September, 2022 that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2022 to 11th November, 2022.

 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that as per Order No. F. No. 8/1/2016-BLA dated 10th October, 2017 of the Government of India, Ministry of Steel, Ms. Bhanu Kumar was appointed as Director (Commercial), MSTC Limited for a period of five years from the date of her assumption of charge of the post, or till the date of her superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. In this regard, it is to mention that Ms. Bhanu Kumar had joined on 12th October 2017 as Director (Commercial) of MSTC Limited. She has completed her tenure of five years but has not attained superannuation. Further communication in this regard from the Ministry is awaited. This is for your information and records.
